Today we start to fill a new Category within our blog.
In the Category “Workflow” we will introduce features which make your SalesKing able to be what it is, a quite complete internet-based Solution to organise all processes about CRM, documentmanagement and projectmanagement for agencys, freelancers, entrepreneurs as for small and mid-level companys.
Lets start today with a nice enhancement of our client-detail-view. You will get there, while clicking on a client within your clientlist. The client-detail-view shows you everything that is related with your client within SalesKing.

SalesKing opens its gates
An exciting year comes to an end and our team, says thank you for your confidence, your improvement suggestions, your recommendations and your indulgence in some cases.
While celebrating the old year, we do close our beta as already sayed in our last newsletter. That means SalesKing is opening the doors for everybody. The last 6 month we did intense improvements. Driven by the goal to continue matching your needs we decided to set three different pricing plans which are structured as follow:
- Freelancer: 1 User 9€/Month
- StartUp: 3 User 49€/Month
- Business: 10 User 69€/Month

Beside we do offer a Free Account which is restricted to the simple functions of creating invoices. New Users can test SalesKing for 30 days with the complete functions after that they will be integrated in the Free Version automatically.

This week at SalesKing Vol.2
This week has started with a Live-Update. The improvements from last week are now available for our users.
On Friday there was the second update with search-features for invoices, estimates, credit-notes and products. In documents (invoices, estimates credit-note) search is done with number, order-number. In products you are able to search after names, price and description. Beside this we implemented new fonts for the pdf-creation (List follows) and some little stuff in the roles and rights-system.
For the coming week we announce step by step improvements for products. First we will focus on publishing of products …. it keeps on being thrilling.

Last week at SalesKing Vol. 1
In case of being more often able to blog, we will inform you in our new serie This week at SalesKing about the latest things we made. Because I wanted to publish the first edition of this series already last Friday I do now start with last week.
Credit-notes
At the beginning of last week we implemented the credit-note-feature. This new feature has, as invoices and estimates have, its own pdf-templates, comments, mail-templates and settings. After a bit of user-feedback there will be some extensions I guess.
4 places after the comma
The intern calculation is now extended to 4 decimal-places. That means the question about where is the cent gone in calculated taxes etc. is fixed. In fact of being rounded to two decimal-places it was not possible to get a price of 15 € incl. 19 % tax:
- net 12,61 € -> total 15,01 €
- net 12,60 € -> total 14,99 €
In such cases we do now use 4 decimal-places and only the total is mathematically rounded on two decimal-places.

Free closed-beta phase is opened
The closed beta-phase of SalesKing is now officially released with yesterday’s update. After one year of developing and half year private testing, SalesKing is on its way to its goal to be a functional and high-quality invoicing-tool… that you love to pay for.
Until we reached our goal within the next three month the SalesKing is free to use.
Our invoicing-service will be structured in a three stepped pricing plan which we will officially introduce in some time. Of course there will be a cost-free-version which will be restricted in his functionality. We will not make hard restrictions in how many invoices are created or how many clients are manged or something like that.
You can join the beta-test only by invitation, which can be made through our users or if you send us an eMail. We decided to keep this even if little, barrier. All requests will be proceed as fast as possible. It is also planned to show a Demo-Installation for the fast-look.
