Improvement of the SalesKing list-views

As most of our users already know we aim to constantly improve the usability of SalesKing in order to raise the ability to optimize the workflows for managing documents (invoices, estimates, payment-reminders, credit-notes, orders) and organising clients, products and payments. So did we few days ago, while rolling out the last update of SalesKing invoicing software.

Enhancement of the list-views for invoices and estimates

As many of our users whishes for, we added a new column to our list-views. In order to get more clearness at one glance we added the Titel of each document to the list-view. There often is a clear information what the document is about e.g. the project-titel.

Advice: The titel is beeing added in the edit-interface for each document. It can be predefined within the settings for the document-type.

Estimates now has a new status

This improvement also is about clearness of the list-view espacially for your estimates-list. SalesKing now offers you the ability to set a new status to your estimates. You can edit the status via batch-control (theese tiny [+++]-icon above your list or you click on the document and then on “edit” to set the status manually. The new status is called “Billed”.

Now you are able to show not only if a estimate is “draft”, “open”, “accepted” or “rejected” – you are now able to see the intern processing state.

Now you are able to visualize if an accepted estimate is already billed.

Advice: The status of your estimate does not change automatically if you create a invoice out of it. You have to change the status manually.
