In numerous conversations with our customers we noticed, that some users are not sure about the potencial of the Feed-ability of their SalesKing-Account.
From time to time on our support-lines the question appears, why we do not make it possible to automatically send payment-reminders for invoices that are over-due.
That has got the follwing reason:
In the very first moment the idea seems to be brilliant, no more work with belated clients. But if you invest some more minutes on the idea you will come to the point that there are customers which have got known or unknown special deals. So it would easily happen, that the wrong client recives a payment-reminder and you lost his sympathy.
Easyly use Feed-ability of your SalesKing-Account to get a notification about (new) over-due invoices from your feedreader (e.g. www.netvibes.com or windows-outlook).
Individualise your Feeds while using all filters and sorting functions within your SalesKing. All you need is your personal encrypted “Feed-Token”.
